Vaporesso Eco Nano Replacement Pod is for use with the Vaporesso Eco Nano Series (Eco Nano and Eco Nano 2). The pod has an e-liquid capacity of 2 ml and 6 ml. Pods come with pre-installed mesh coils with resistance value of 0.6 ohm for Lush Mesh/RDTL (restricted direct-to-lung) style, 0.8 ohm for Mesh/RDTL and 1.2 ohm for Mesh/MTL (mouth-to-lung). Filling is through a bottom-fill hole sealed with a silicone plug, and the pod conects to the device via physical slugs. Activation is a draw one with no fire button. The pod has an anti-leak SSS design and has a high puff count of about 13,000 puffs for the 2 ml version and more in the 6 ml option. The pods are compatible only with the Eco Nano series of kits and if used with other pod system it won't work.

The pods also comply with other TPD requirements, such as packaging, leakage control, safety and health, good connectivity and adequate labeling. However, the TPD compliance is mostly determined by the volume of e-liquid and amount of nicotine, which are both user choices as they can be increased or decreased. But generally these pods are TPD compliant.

How to use Vaporesso Eco Nano Replacement Pods

Peel off the replacement pod from the blister pack, make sure it's clean and free from dust or dirt.
Open the silicone plug at the bottom of the pod, put the tip of your e-liquid bottle into the hole and slowly fill the pod, take care of not spilling.
Tighten the silicone plug to avoid leaks, and clean out any spilled liquid.
Pull the pod to the top of the Vaporesso Eco Nano device, and push down the pod until it clicks on by magnetic force.
Before using the filled pod, allow it to "rest" for 5-10 mins so that the coil can get saturated with the e-liquid.
Draw from your mouthpiece - the device will fire automatically (no buttons to press).
Once the flavour fades or the pod looks empty, top it up or change it with a new one.

Yes, you can use e-liquid with moderate VG content, but for the best performance it's recommended to stick to around a 50:50 VG/PG mix or slightly higher PG for the mesh coil versions, so wicking remains optimal.

Replace the pod when you notice degraded flavour, burnt taste, or visible charring/blackening of the mesh. Also if the draw becomes very tight or there is persistent leaking, it’s a sign the pod is used up.

No, the pod comes with fixed airflow - there’s no external airflow adjustment ring. The draw is determined by the resistance of the mesh coil inside the pod and the fixed airflow design.

It’s better to allow the pod to cool down and ensure the seal is properly closed before refilling. Filling immediately after heavy vaping may lead to overheating or pressure build-up inside the pod.

First check that the silicone stopper is fully seated and that you didn’t overfill. Ensure you allow a few minutes after filling for the wick to saturate. If the issue repeats, the pod may be faulty or the e-liquid may be too thin (too much PG/too little VG) for the coil design.
